Description
This function constructs the modified Givens transformation. Type : polymorphic.
Input parameters
d1 : float, scalar that is overwritten on exit. d2 : float, scalar that is overwritten on exit. x1 : float, scalar that is overwritten on exit. y1 : float, scalar.
Output parameters
rotm parameters : cluster,
